Our focus at Four Square is to maintain a space worthy of a child. One that is safe, positive, empowering, and where learning comes naturally. We desire our children to gain the courage and understanding to confidently uphold their own truths while remaining compassionate towards others, all while having a robust excitement to grow intellectually to set them up for success in their lives. While academics are a focus in our programs, we feel children learn best while playing, asking questions, building relationships, and exploring the world around them.
We offer a family-centered environment serving infants through school-age children. We are especially proud of our caring, experienced team and the strong staff longevity that supports our program’s quality. Through our partnership with our neighbors, The Crest at Lakeville, we also offer an intergenerational program that has quickly become a cherished part of our community, allowing us to witness beautiful connections between children, staff, and our “grand-friends.”

Play Based Learning
At Four Square, we believe the most meaningful learning happens when children are free to explore, create, ask questions, and lead their own experiences. Through a child-led, play-based approach rooted in outdoor and indoor adventure and exploration, we nurture curiosity, confidence, and resilience. By giving children the space to take risks, solve problems, and connect with the natural world, we help build strong, capable individuals who develop a lifelong love of learning.
