Hello! I’m Tayshia

“Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don’t!”

Tayshia has stepped into the Director role effortlessly, which is no easy feat! She’s been a part of the Four Square family for nearly 13 years, starting as an aide overseeing nighttime closings, a toddler teacher, and now leading the team as Director. In her new role, Tayshia will be helping with the day-to-day flow of the center, keeping communication strong between families and staff, and supporting both teachers and parents along the way. She’ll also be involved in behavior management, organizing events, ensuring health and safety measures throughout the center, and guiding classroom curriculum to make sure our programs stay fun, age-appropriate, and meet each child right where they’re at.
